How does the HydrationStation work?The HydrationStation™ processes tap water into great tasting pure water using state-of-the-art filtration technologies. The hands free sensor assures touch-free hygienic use. How does the HydrationStation mount?The HydrationStation is semi recessed and designed to fit into standard 2X4 wall. It can be mounted above or adjacent to an existing drinking fountain. Does HydrationStation™ come with chiller?No, but a remote chiller (part # HCR8) can be purchased as an option or HydrationStation™ (part # 2000) can be connected to an existing one. Contact Haws customer service for full details. Can this replace my drinking fountain?Generally yes, but check local code requirements. Does it come in other colors or finishes?Coming soon! Stainless Steel finish, recessed and surface mount. Does it come with a filter?Yes, it comes with a 2000 gallon capacity chlorine, taste and odor reduction filter. The filter cartridge can last up to 6 months for 2000 gallons, in normal use. Where can I get replacement filters?To order replacement filters (part # 2324610) contact Haws Customer Service. I already have great tap water; do I have to use a filter?No, if you have great tasting water you can permanently bypass our filter.
